These terms apply to inquiries, quotations and orders for electronic components, ultrasonic repeller devices and PCBA services placed through yhytechelec.com. The order-specific confirmation we send always takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 7 to 14 days, reflecting how fast component pricing moves) and are not a binding offer until we confirm your order in writing. Prices are quoted in USD, EXW Dongguan unless stated otherwise, and exclude destination duties and taxes.
Payment terms are agreed per order. We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and, for larger programs, L/C at sight. For OEM/ODM projects a deposit against the confirmed order and the balance before shipment is standard. All bank charges on the sender side.
Component lines are sourced to order; the lead time on your quotation is our best estimate based on the current supply situation and is confirmed again when stock is secured. Repeller devices and PCBA runs carry the lead time stated on the quote, counted from artwork and deposit approval. Minimum order quantities depend on the product line and are stated per SKU — ask us and we will confirm in writing.
Components we supply are new and original, sourced from authorized channels or qualified open-market suppliers with traceability. Repeller devices are produced to the specification agreed for your order and pass functional test before packing. If you require third-party inspection or factory audit before shipment, tell us at quotation stage so it can be scheduled.
Samples of repeller devices and PCBA work are available; sample cost and courier are charged at cost and credited against the first production order where agreed. Component samples follow the supplier's sample policy.
If delivered goods do not match the confirmed specification, notify us within 30 days of receipt with photographs and quantities. We will replace, credit or refund at our cost — that is the whole point of sourcing discipline. Normal wear, misuse, or designs supplied by the customer are outside this scope.
You keep the IP in designs, artwork and specifications you provide; we keep the IP in our own product platforms and tooling. OEM/ODM projects are covered by a written NDA before drawings are exchanged.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production downtime, arising from use of our products in your application. Application suitability remains the buyer's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first negotiated in good faith; unresolved matters go to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or trade law in your own jurisdiction.
