Frequently Asked Questions

MOQ, payment, lead time, samples, customization and documentation — the questions buyers ask before the first order

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the line. Electronic components are sourced to order against your BOM, so there is no artificial MOQ — we quote the quantity you actually need. Ultrasonic repeller devices and PCBA runs carry an MOQ stated per SKU (typically from 100 pcs for devices); we confirm the exact figure in writing with your quotation.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Both, and we are precise about which is which. Components are sourced through our purchasing operation in Dongguan; repeller devices and PCBA are produced in our own workshop and partner lines under our quality control. Either way you deal with one entity — Dongguan YouHuYou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. — that carries the commercial and quality responsibility for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T (bank transfer) for most orders, and L/C at sight for larger programs. OEM/ODM projects usually run a deposit at order confirmation with the balance before shipment. Terms are agreed per order and stated on the quotation before anything is produced.

How long is the lead time?

Component lines are quoted with the lead time the supply chain can actually deliver — that figure moves week to week through allocation cycles, so we confirm it again once stock is secured. Repeller devices and PCBA are quoted from artwork and deposit approval. If you have a hard deadline, tell us at quotation stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes for devices and PCBA work: samples are charged at cost plus courier, and credited against the first production order where agreed. Component samples follow the original manufacturer's sample policy.

Do you do OEM/ODM customization?

Yes — that is a core part of the repeller business. Frequency range and modulation, speaker layout, housing, packaging and branding can all be built to your specification. We sign an NDA before drawings are exchanged, and compliance documentation (CE/RoHS/FCC as applicable) travels with the goods.

What happens if a part arrives wrong or faulty?

Notify us within 30 days of receipt with photographs and quantities. If the goods do not match the confirmed specification we replace, credit or refund at our cost. That policy only works because we do not ship re-marked or recycled material in the first place — if a line cannot be sourced legitimately, we tell you instead of quoting it.

Can you provide invoices and import documents?

Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list and, where applicable, certificate of origin support and datasheets. Tell us what your customs broker needs at order stage and we will prepare it with the shipment.

How do I start?

Send your BOM or product requirement through the contact page, or start from the components catalogue. You get a line-by-line answer — price, alternate, lead time — typically within one working day.
