This policy explains what personal data YouHuYou Components collects through yhytechelec.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies to all pages on this site and to every inquiry form on it.
When you send an inquiry through any form on this site, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, work email address, destination country, the product or service you are interested in, an approximate order quantity, and any message you write. Company name and customization (OEM/ODM) details are optional and only collected if you provide them.
We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them.
We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you ask us to — send related product information. Under the EU/UK GDPR the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) (steps to take at your request before entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your inquiry is delivered to our sales team by email. The processors involved in running this website are: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Resend (transactional email delivery) and Google (aggregated website analytics). We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregated traffic — which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked — so we can improve the site. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors. You can block analytics in your browser settings without affecting the site's functionality.
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last contact, so we can still answer follow-up questions and honor warranty or repeat-order obligations, and are then deleted. Aggregated analytics data is kept for 14 months.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict processing, at any time, by emailing youhuyou@yhytechelec.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
