Hard-to-find semiconductors, quoted in 4 hours.
Shortage, obsolete and end-of-life parts. 240,000+ lines on the shelf, every shipment date-code verified, photographed and shipped with a certificate of conformance. No MOQ, no account required.
Upload your BOM
XLS · XLSX · CSV · TXT · PDF — paste a list of part numbers and quantities, or drop the file. An engineer prices it line by line.
Trust is built from three things, and none of them is an adjective.
You see the actual reels
Every quoted line is photographed in our warehouse — reel labels, factory seals, quantity markings. No stock imagery, no borrowed pictures.
Batch numbers you can audit
Date codes are recorded, photographed and printed on the quote. Mixed batches are flagged before you commit — not after the goods land.
A real engineer answers
Quotes come from the sourcing desk, not an auto-responder, inside one working day and typically inside four hours. Ask for the sizing sheet and you get it.
One BOM, many lines, one reply.
Your purchasing team sends a shortage list at 9 a.m. and wants a number by lunch. Our RFQ cart takes the whole list at once — 3 lines or 300 — and returns availability, lead time, price breaks and alternatives per line.
- ✓ Allocation & shortage recovery — 48-hour global search
- ✓ Obsolete & last-time-buy programmes with bonded stock
- ✓ Excess inventory buyback, NDA on request
- ✓ Consolidation and kitting before shipment

Send the list
BOM upload, email or WhatsApp. No account, no minimum, no NDA needed to get a price.
Global search
We check own stock, franchised channels and a vetted independent network. You get availability and lead time per line.
Verify & document
Photographs, date code, COC, and lab screening where the risk profile calls for it.
Ship & trace
Consolidated, ESD-packed, with packing list and tracking the same day for stock items.
When the franchised lead time slips, this desk picks up the phone.
Allocation, obsolescence and stop-ship events are handled by a named sourcing engineer, not a queue. Send the list; you get per-line availability, the sourcing channel, the risk grade and a price — in writing.
Allocation recovery
48-hour global search across own stock, franchised channels and a vetted network. Where nothing is traceable, we say so.
Obsolete & last-time-buy
Bonded stock, lifecycle tracking of your active BOMs, and a written LTB recommendation before the window closes.
Risk grading
Every independent-channel quote carries a grade: new & factory sealed, surplus in original packaging, or refurbished and tested.
RFQ cart — submit the whole list at once
Add lines as you browse component pages, or paste a list. Quantities, target price and required date travel with the request, so the first reply is usually the final one.

"High reliability" means nothing without a list of equipment and a document set.
So here is the list. What we inspect, what we photograph, what we can put in your traceability file — and what we will tell you we cannot certify.
Incoming inspection flow
Documentation check
Invoice, packing list and supplier history reviewed before the parts are accepted into inventory.
Marking & visual
Marking permanence, laser vs ink, date-code consistency, package and pin condition under magnification.
Electrical / X-ray
Curve trace, X-ray die and lead-frame inspection, XRF on request, sample decapsulation through a partner lab.

Country of origin
Stated per line, suitable for customs and duty calculation.
Inspection report
Where screening was commissioned, the lab report travels with the shipment.
Every sector fails differently. So the desk is organised by sector.
When the accelerator build cannot wait for allocation
Power stages, PMICs, DDR5 modules and VRM silicon at the top of the shortage list. We price from stock where it exists and, where it does not, we say so and propose a documented alternative — including the pin-out comparison your design team needs.
| Typical parts | PMIC, DrMOS, DDR5 RDIMM, HBM-adjacent silicon |
| Documentation | COC, DC photos, RoHS declarations |
| Escalation | Named engineer, 4-hour first reply |
Line-down recovery, with the paperwork to pass audit
Tier-1 and Tier-2 buyers need traceability before price. Sourcing grades are declared in writing, AEC-Q released alternatives are flagged as such, and lots can be held bonded against a rolling forecast.
| Typical parts | MCU, gate drivers, CAN transceivers, sensors |
| Documentation | COC, origin, inspection report, AEC-Q status |
| Stock policy | Bonded buffer against forecast |
Long-lifecycle builds on short-lifecycle silicon
Designs stay in the field for a decade while suppliers discontinue parts in three years. We track EOL notices against your active BOM, propose verified refurbished or unused-surplus options, and document each one.
| Typical parts | Analog front ends, MCU, isolated supplies |
| Services | LTB planning, refurb verification, kitting |
Multi-year programmes, unglamorous parts
Motor drives, inverters and metering hardware live or die on connector and passive availability. We keep long-tail lines in stock precisely because they are the ones that stop a line.
| Typical parts | IGBT drivers, connectors, passives, magnetics |
| Services | Forecast-based stocking, consolidation |
One question per page. Every page ends in a quote box.
These are the questions buyers actually search — the ones an article can answer better than a landing page. Each item below is a published page, not an accordion.
How do I check a component is genuine before buying from an independent distributor?
Start with documents, then with the parts. Ask for the date code and photographs before you pay; compare the marking with the manufacturer's own examples; and require a screening method (marking inspection, X-ray, curve trace, XRF) that is written into the PO, not promised verbally. A supplier who refuses to state the sourcing channel is telling you something.
What is the difference between "excess", "surplus" and "refurbished" stock?
Excess is surplus inventory held by an OEM or EMS and never used. Surplus is offered through distribution in original packaging. Refurbished means the parts were previously installed, removed, retested and packaged again — legitimate for some industrial and repair uses, and usually not acceptable in new automotive or medical builds. We declare the grade on every line so you can make that call yourself.
How do I handle an EOL notice and a last-time-buy window?
Work backwards from your build plan. Count the quantity you will consume until your next redesign, add the scrap rate and any service obligations, and add a buffer for the tail of production. Then decide between three routes: buy the LTB and store it, qualify a pin-compatible alternative, or hold bonded stock with a distributor. Whichever route you take, write down the decision and the price basis.
Which part numbers should we substitute, and when is a substitution a design change?
Pin-to-pin compatible means the board does not change. Same spec, different brand means pin-out and ratings match but firmware and tolerances must be revalidated. Functional replacement means the engineer gets involved — and in automotive or medical builds, that is a design change with a paper trail, not a purchasing decision.
Why does a quote contain a price break we cannot meet?
Price breaks follow the original packaging multiples — trays of 250, reels of 1,000, boxes of 5. Buying 1,200 pieces is priced as 1,000 plus 200, so the 10,000-piece break is irrelevant. Ask for the break structure and the packaging multiple together; the useful quantity is usually determined by the second number, not the first.
How long does shipping take, and who pays the duty?
Stock items normally leave Hong Kong or Shenzhen within 24 hours by express, with courier transit of 2–5 working days to most destinations. Country of origin is declared per line so your customs broker can calculate duty; duties and taxes are normally paid by the buyer unless the quote states DDP.
Three fields to start. Everything else can wait.
